RETURN POLICY

RETURNS


If you are not completely satisfied with any item(s) you've received from us, you may return them to us within 14 days of recieving your order. Please note returns must be delivered to us within this time frame. We cannont accept any returns made outside of the 14 days.

  1. ​All returns must be authorised. Please email our Customer Support team at Mail to:returns@livinglegendldn.com with the reason you require a refund and to request a return authorisation number. Please note that item(s) must be sealed in secure packaging and returned with an authorisation number clearly written on the outside of the package.
  2. Item(s) are returned at your own cost. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage with a tracking number as we will not accept liability for delayed or lost packages.
  3. Item(s) must not have be worn, altered, or washed and must be returned in its original condition. This means that the packaging must be intact, and the item(s) returned back to us in the same condition as they were shipped. ​
  4. Please note: All item(s) ordered will undergo thorough inspection. We will not accept responsibility for item(s), which are returned to us by mistake. Any returns received without a return authorization number or has not met the requirements above may be denied at the discretion of http://www.livinglegendldn.com.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES


Original shipping fees are non refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned. We require a processing time of up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of receiving the returns for refund. However, financial institutions may require additional days depending on their processing time before the funds are returned to your account. This can vary, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Sale/discount code item(s) can only be exchanged and not refunded.
